M.R.P. in the list is inclusive of all taxes.

M.R.P. and Net Rates are subject to change without prior notice due to fluctuations in raw material rates or any Government notifications.

No expiry/breakage will be accepted. In case of technical or manufacturing defects, the product will be replaced.

All disputes are subject to Kurukshetra Jurisdiction only.

A Xerox copy of your Wholesale Drug License number/GST number and Aadhaar card of the dealing person is required.

GST will be charged extra as applicable by the Government of India.

You are allowed to promote, sell, and distribute our products only within your allocated territory. You must not sell them outside your territory, even through suppliers or other sources.

Goods will be supplied only against advance payment and via your preferred transport. Freight charges are to be borne by you.

The company will not be responsible for any loss or damage during transit.

No samples will be provided.

We provide promotional material as per your requirement, such as:

• Order Book

• Writing Pad

• Pen

• Key Rings

• Gifts (subject to availability)

One set of visual aid will be supplied free of cost. Some regular annual or quarterly promotional materials will also be provided as compliments. Any extra promotional material will be chargeable.
